Rev. Rebecca Dunagan is an ordained United Methodist Pastor and visionary disruptor passionate about reimagining the church for a changing world. With a deep commitment to transformation, she has led bold change in every congregation she has served. A certified Integral Coach and Enneagram Coach, Rebecca brings a unique blend of spiritual depth and practical strategy to her leadership. She currently serves as a tri-chair of Elder's Orders and vice chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry and is known for her innovative approach to ministry and mission.

Rebecca recently led a groundbreaking project that will reallocate church property to fund a fully paid-for, brand-new church building, create multiple units of lower-income housing for the surrounding community, and establish a $1 million endowment to sustain the church’s future ministry.
