Meet Rebecca
Leadership Coach and Consultant
The best compliment I have ever received was being named one of the Roaring Fork Valley's Favorite Disrupters. My mother would say it's a role I've been working on since leaving the womb. I wear many titles like mom, wife, sister, friend, pastor, leader (you know the many hats we all wear). What brings me joy and fills my soul is helper, instigator, and fellow sojourner. I am committed to showing up as my full self (which has taken me a very long time to find) and helping you to do the same. The world needs more of the authentic you to show up in all the spaces that you inhabit.
What I Specialize In
Organizational Consulting
With a passion for organizational transformation, I work with churches, organizations, and leadership teams to build capacity to be creative and adaptive as we navigate the ebbs and flows of organizational change.
Retreats and Spiritual Pilgrimage
A few times a year, I host a guided spiritual pilgrimage retreat to reconnect you to body, spirit, and community. These retreats are designed to introduce you to embodied ways of being as you engage in practices that connect you to your authentic self.
Leadership Coaching
Personalized coaching to help you discover and access your innate leadership skills. Programs are typically 3 months in length and include an initial "discovery call" followed by 4-6 conversations.
I have worked alongside Rebecca for the last few months. The passion and enthusiasms brings to every session, problem, and project are powerful and inspiring. Alongside these, she has this grounded depth and calmness that encourages confidence during the messy middle. I have benefitted from her clarity and warmth and learned from her leadership and experience. Rebecca is an outstanding coach and partner in navigating anything.

"I walked the Camino in 2023 when I was in the midst of a major life upheaval. The Camino gave my soul time to catch up with my body. The long stretches of quiet walking, the conversation with other pilgrims and the natural beauty helped me find my footing in a time of change."
